The backyard is pure magic. Lounge by the 30x15 heated saltwater pool, soak under the cascading waterfall hot tub, fire up the outdoor kitchen and grill, or gather around the outdoor dining areas. Day or night, this is where unforgettable group memories are made.

The county’s spacious beach access is only a few steps away and features bathrooms, outdoor showers for rinsing off, and handicap accessible ramps.
Solara Sanctuary is steps from Silver Sands Premium Outlets, award-winning restaurants, family-friendly activities, and vibrant nightlife, many of which are reachable by a stroll along the scenic beachside walking path.

Parking - Eight standard-size vehicles may park at the property. No oversized vehicles, buses, or large trailers are permitted—no street parking.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In - 4 PM (Central)
Check Out – 10 AM (Central)

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed.

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but apps offer thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
