Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. A fee applies, and dogs must be well-trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s). Please note that without prior knowledge; there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.

Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign a waiver)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for YouTube, Netflix, Disney, Max, etc.

No RV's, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Spa Quality amenities are provided with high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
