Walk next door to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. Award-winning restaurants, golf, and shopping are all located nearby.

Costa Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach at the Costa Del Sol complex. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. Amenities include Smart TVs in each room, grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and direct access to the private beach. We include a complimentary beach chair setup** from March to October.

Costa Dreams' interior is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, and main Bedroom offer an incredible view. The home's beach level has its own private entrance on the beach deck.

Layout Sleeps 12:
1st Floor - Private Beach-Level Entryway | Living Area With Kitchenette, Washer and Dryer, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Twin Over Twin Bunks (sleeps 4) | Queen Bedroom and Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Deck. Note that this level does not have Wi-Fi or TV service.
2nd Floor - Main Entry From Parking Lot and Living Area With Open Kitchen and Dining | ½ Bath | Balcony With Stairs Leading To Beach and 1st Floor Private Entry.
3rd Floor - King Master with Balcony and Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Bathroom (sleeps 4).

Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. XL vehicles, trailers, and buses are not allowed, and overflow parking is not available here.
Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area.

Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access apps such as Netflix.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

**From March 1 to October 30, we provide a complimentary set-up of two chairs and one umbrella. Tents and canopies are not allowed on the private beach.

We do accept some small dogs with advanced written approval. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees when booking.
Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items.

Only guests over 25 may book this property. Party or college groups are not allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
