It is prominently positioned in the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin and offers sweeping sunrise and sunset views. The beach is easily accessible by walking out the back door and down the steps. We have arranged a daily premium beach chair setup** for your enjoyment. This home is centrally located. You can walk to several award-winning restaurants, shopping plazas, theaters, bowling, and Whole Foods is less than a mile away. Crystal Breeze features beachy decor throughout, including white ash floors and locally sourced furnishings. The open floor plan allows for easy traffic flow and opportunities to connect. This home's vintage style and classic charm provide a cozy setting for your whole family. Home Layout Sleeps 18: 1st Floor: King Room with bathroom facing the north (sleeps 2), King Room with bathroom facing the beach (sleeps 2), large deck perched on the beach's dunes with steps leading to the beach. 2nd Floor: Kitchen and Living Area, Beach View Balcony, King Room with bathroom (sleeps 2). 3rd Floor: Bunk Bedroom with 8 Twin Beds (sleeps 8), King Room with bathroom and Gulf View (sleeps 2), Living Area with Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2). Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to three compact vehicles or two SUVs. No XL vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. NO overflow parking is available here. This is located on the beach so parking is very limited. Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area. No tents or canopies are allowed on the private beach. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check-Out – 10 AM (Central) ** Daily setup of two chairs and an umbrella is included from March 1 - October 30. This property is a smoke-free facility. Therefore, no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your stay. Small dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about the pet policy and fees. Dogs are not permitted on the beach. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest's responsibility to purchase.
