The Grand Boz Chateau is a new 5 bedroom / 5 bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or award winning restaurants located just a block away. The heated** swimming pool and adjacent cornhole field are located next to the house.

Grand Boz Chateau is near Destin Florida’s main attractions including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping and more. The luxurious appointments flowing through Grand Boz Chateau will renew your senses. Enjoy the open concept living area, 2 Master Bedrooms on the 3rd floor, private baths for all bedrooms, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, and a private fenced-in back patio.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
4 portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience.
The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)
Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies.
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, buses or oversized vehicles allowed.
**Pool is heated to 80F from Nov - March.
Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.
If you would like an additional Golf cart we suggest contacting Ecco Motors, they will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us.
