Welcome to The Sand Emperor,

A tropical home built around a heated** pool, The Sand Emperor brings the tropics to you with swaying palm trees, thoughtful architecture, and white sand beaches just a short walk away. Enjoy “island hopping” as you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, or simply find a lounger and soak up the sun.

The Sand Emperor boasts a first floor grill near the pool, gourmet kitchen, open concept living area, and a large game room on the 3rd floor. We have arranged a complimentary beach chair setup*** for you from Spring until early Fall. Renew your senses in the private Pool surrounded by palm trees. The Sand Emperor’s back yard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or just a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

A beach cart and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycle, scooter, and golf cart rentals.

The parking pad can accommodate up to 7 standard size vehicles.

We provide high thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility.

*Weddings/Events – If held on property additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**The spa/pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional daily fee**

This property was absolutely perfect! It’s close to the beach and walking distance from food and shops. The fact that every room has it’s own bathroom was a huge win! We had a large group and it had plenty of space for us all to spread out. We will back for sure!

This house was it! Roomy, clean, great location with a short walk to the beach. Every bedroom has their own bathrooms. Our kids lived in the pool the entire week. We couldn’t get the fire pit to stay on but it wasn’t a big deal.

I’m on my way home now and already planning next years trip.

Large house. Clean and decorated nicely. Close walking distance to beach. Size of pool was great! Ample seating indoors and outdoors. Ice cube maker was not working. Mgmt was quick to fix and even brought us bags of ice until it was in full operation. Large number of plates and silverware. My only suggestion is due to the number house holds, perhaps more cookware, serving bowls and utensils for mixing, etc. Overall great experience and would stay again. :-)
