This pristine home is located in Hidden Palms along our world famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool** is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area. Sungazer Chateau is near Destin Florida’s main attractions including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping and more. Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies and a back patio with a grill. Home Layout: Level 1: King Bedroom with Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin Bunk Bed Alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill. Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with Kitchen | ½ Bath. Level 3: King Bedroom with Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of Twin Over Full Bunks with Bathroom (sleeps 6). You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver) We include four lightweight beach chairs for you to bring to the beach. Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. **Pool is heated from Nov - March. *Check In – 4PM (Central) *Check Out – 10AM (Central) Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. It is the guest’s responsibility to supply any additional items. If you would like an additional Golf cart we suggest contacting Ecco Motors, they will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us.
Sungazer Chateau is located in the Miramar Beach nighborhood of Hidden Palms. It is located within walking distance of CVS, Alvin's Island, and Pompano Joe's restaurant.
