You can also walk out the neighborhood’s front gate, enjoy a bike ride, or stroll along the famous beach road.1st Floor - Sleeps 4: King room, Queen room, shared bathroom, Laundry room, and direct access To The Resort Pool and Spa.2nd Floor - Sleeps 2: Kitchen, living room with Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), grand balcony, dining area, and a half bath.3rd Floor Sleeps 5: King bedroom with bathroom, Bunk room with Twin over Full bed, and a shared balcony overlooking the Resort Pool.This home has four beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.No Trailers, RV's, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the subdivision. The driveway has parking for two vehicles. We do not offer additional parking. Any additional vehicles would have to find public parking in the nearby city of Destin.Small dogs are allowed for “snowbirds” from October - February only. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees, as small dogs must be approved in advance in writing.*Check-In – 4 PM (Central)*Check Out – 10 AM (Central)Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.
