Waterside Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was newly remodeled before Fall of 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include:
Grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
A grill.
Hammocks.
A TV with over 200 free movies.

The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. In addition, you are provided with this incredible view from the kitchen, living area, first-floor Bedroom, and Master Bedroom.

Lower Beach Level - Large covered balcony area and steps to the beach.

Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area.

Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island.

This property is a smoke-free facility. Therefore, no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your stay.

Quintessential beach experience. I have vacationed at dozens of beach locations and this one is the best in my honest opinion! To have access to the private beach by just walking out your door allows you to enjoy the beach and avoid the other distractions. With the sugar sand (some of the best I have seen) and the warm crystal clear water, this environment will totally put you at peace. They do a great job of the little things also - having beach chairs and an umbrella set up in front of the house! The house itself is very comfortable with plenty of beds for a large family group. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and bars for day/night life. It is also centrally located to grocery stores to prepare meals at the house. There is shopping and tourist activities that are easily accessible from the house. Just a great overall time. We look forward to going back!!!!

This condo is right on the beach. It was so relaxing and fun for my large family. We would let the kids play on the beach day and night. They came inside when it was dark or time to eat. We'll be back and recommend this to our friends!
